Believe it or not, nearly half of American adults don’t know where the milk comes from. According to the Washington Post, an online survey by the National Dairy Council of the United States showed that approximately 16.4 million Americans knew nothing about food production. Those who know that milk comes from cows still have a lot of "silly" cute ones. As many as 7% [2] of American adults (those who are mature, educated, but not children) think that chocolate milk comes from brown cows, even if it is not from brown cows, they think that milk is mixed with cows.
